Items may be returned for exchange only if packages are unopened, with
prior approval and will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Please call
or email to obtain approval for returns.
SPECIAL ORDERS will be accepted for any item not listed or
for a large quantity purchase. For example if you need 40ss Crystal AB
Flatback rhinestones, you will be required to pre-pay a deposit and a
minimum order is required. Please call or email with details on item,
color, size, quantity requested, etc and we will respond with a price
